Self-healing for everyday well-being

Introduction

« I created the Train and Heal Yourself™® and Self Healing Empowerment ™® workshops to empower people with their own health, and to help increase performers’ training ».

These skills are easy to use for  warmups and stretching and also for everyday life.

Moreover, they will optimize a performers’ artistic expression by “working on the body plasticity and on the ability to modulate the various parameters of a movement*”.

“I can see that after these workshops  the students feel deeply relaxed, strong in their deep muscles and also feel balanced from the top of their head to the bottom of their feet; every part of the body is in it’s right place.

It’s like an osteopathic treatment you do to yourself, but with awareness of your different body parts and their full capacities”.

The volume and the parts of the body are finely felt, which also helps increase the artistic expression.
